Shipping policy

Equipment prepared for your practice. Essential information about shipping your order.

Destinations

We deliver to Switzerland and Europe, to professionals and individuals alike. The destinations actually offered are those available when you enter your address at checkout.

Estimated delivery times

  • Switzerland: 3 to 7 business days.
  • Europe: 3 to 10 business days.

These times are estimates. Any specific delivery time stated on a product page, for example for a preorder, applies to that product. A customs inspection, public holiday or transport incident may extend delivery time. This does not remove the commitments and rights applicable to your order.

Shipping charges and delivery address

Shipping charges are shown at checkout, before payment. Check your address, postal code and any information useful to the carrier. To request a correction after placing your order, write promptly to contact@inknation.ch ; whether it can be taken into account depends on how far the shipment has progressed.

Tracking and delivery problems

Where tracking is provided by the shipping method, its details are communicated to you. If the stated delivery time is exceeded, the parcel does not arrive or it is damaged, contact contact@inknation.ch with your order number. We check the situation and seek a solution. Rights to performance, termination and reimbursement remain applicable when their legal conditions are met.

Android

Open the store in Chrome. From the ⋮ menu, choose Add to Home screen and follow the steps. The wording may vary by browser.

An Internet connection is required to browse the store, access your account and place orders.
