Voluntary returns, withdrawal where applicable, and defects are governed by different rules.

Swiss law does not provide a general right of withdrawal for online purchases. The seller’s voluntary policy, eligible products, time limit and required condition: 15 jours. These commercial terms do not reduce rights concerning defective products or applicable mandatory protections.
Where the European right of withdrawal applies, you generally have 14 days to notify your decision, starting from receipt of the goods or conclusion of the service contract. A clear statement sent to contact@inknation.ch is sufficient; the form below is optional. After notification, goods must be returned within 14 days. You are only responsible for the direct return costs if you were informed of this before purchase.
Refunds are generally made within 14 days of notification, including the original standard delivery charge. The same payment method is used unless you expressly agree otherwise at no cost. For goods, the refund may be withheld until they are received or proof of dispatch is supplied, whichever happens first. An additional delivery charge chosen above the standard service is not necessarily refunded.

Statutory exceptions may cover sealed goods that have been opened and cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons. They do not automatically apply to all tattoo equipment and do not remove remedies for defects. For digital services, see the subscription terms. For sales subject to Swiss law, examine goods as soon as circumstances allow and report any defects found, including those discovered later, without delay to contact@inknation.ch. A defect claim is distinct from a change of mind.

Pack items to prevent damage during return shipping. Contacting us first helps us track the return, but the seller’s authorisation is not a condition for exercising a statutory right of withdrawal.
